Fantastic episode! This is incredibly helpful and proves how simple and direct educational content can help riders understand many aspects of what gets in the way of riding effectively and confidently and what to do about it. I especially love the ‘off-horse’ exercises because they are inclusive to those of us who don’t own our own horses and can’t ride whenever we wish to. Thank you Mary.
